Hi All,

When I copy & paste a website address onto a post on pp half of it is missing after I press submit. Why??

Also how do I make a shortcut like the ones Jolly Green Giant does.. ie. FAILTE-PAFOS & behind it is the website link?

paste your URL into your thread create/reply box, highlight it and then click the URL icon directly above the free text box. If you hover over any of the icons you will see the code that is catered for.

So to add a hyperlink to a piece of text you right [URLx=WWW.MY-URL-HERE.COM]MY TEXT HERE[/xURL] ... remove the x and you will get this : MY TEXT HERE

Another quick question, I have entered my website in the profile under the user control panel but it doesn't show on my posts, does it need approval first?

Appears to be something with the 'classic' and 'subsilver2' templates as i use 'prosilver' and can an icon under each user name when they have a website in their profile info.

Something for the site admin to look at.

If you're wanting the website address to appear on your posts, easiest thing to do is put it in your signature box - you'll find this in the "Add signature" section of your User CP.
