I want to add jpegs from an email onto here, how do I do it?. I knwo, prob silly question but there you go!.

First you'll need to save it into you own documents (right click, Save as), remember where you've put it then click the Browse button in the Upload attachment section just underneath where you type your post, navigate to the file, select it and click Open, then click on Add the file.
