Can anyone recommend property maintenance support.
We are thinking of renting out our property for a few months of the year, probably holiday rental but need someone to clean it and change beds etc prior arrival and on departure of tenants

is it just as stated or are other things required like washing of bed linen, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, point of contact for problems when tenants are in etc

Property is in Universal, Kato Paphos. Pool maintenance already arranged. Will need bedlinen changed and house cleaning
