Well what did I learn tonight ? We can win when not playing very well. Brum surprised me cos I had them down as getting out of the mire, not after this showing cos we were bad and they were worse.
Someone said their new £5m signing was playing ( Mc Fadden) Was he ?
Cameron Jerome is quick. Zarate looks good. For Brum that's it.
We gave the second half to our new attacker Prico. He was good. He scored one and had a good goal disallowed. ( Don't take my word for it listen to Andy Gray et al) He was busy and may be the foil Kenwyne Jones has been looking for.
For all you folks who used to go to matches I will say this. I was wearing a T shirt beneath a shirt beneath a fleece coat beneath a waterproof coat with my hood up and a scarf a la Lone Ranger and it was bloody freezing !
Remember those days ? and if that wasn't bad enough the owld get next to me opened his flask of Bovril aaaaaaagh Bovril and drank the lot himself.

Saw a bit of the game (it was on the telly next to ours in the George) and it all looked a bit dire to be honest, but the 3 points are all that mattered.

My new prediction for the drop - Derby, Fulham, Bolton (*hopes to jinx mackems by saying they'll stay up*)
