Will he or won't he come back to the TOON after turning us down the last time

Do we want him back is more to the point as he's been injured again lately & is a sure fire risk for being out more than he's in :?

Well Pete
I think this could be the start of something.
Dyer, Bowyer.... strictly come fighting
Solano
what about Jenas ?
Bellamy
Viaina
Parker
Boumsong
They've been asked but said they were at bigger clubs, Woodgate's thinking bout it cos he knows a bloke in Newcastle called Charlie :?

On his way in apparently - 8 million quid plus a hefty wage, so let's just hope he can stay fit - perfect partner to help Taylor develop I reckon.

How do you think that will go down with the TOON & Smoogie fans :?

If he can stay fit, which I don't see it happening, especially as he's always been injury prone, do you think he'll be a good signing, not sure I'd have paid £8m for him tho

We could have gotten someone like Sol Campbell for less than half that amount, only a year or so older & less likely to break down in training

Smogs don't seem too bothered - they've got some good kids coming through.

His record there has been decent - 56 appearances in 18 months which is impressive enough, but you just know he'll break down within minutes of arriving back at our place...

Sol Campbell would be a good shout too, but he's a lot more than year older, he's 33 now and Woody is still only 28 - still probably in better shape physically though!

According to SSN, Woodgate as turned us dwon & the Spurts are favourite to get his signature  thats a bummer

I didn't think he was worth £8m anyway & is so injury prone, I wouldn't want him anyway

DP - you're actually wrong on that mate, ask CF, I told him I didn't think he was worth the money & as he's always injured, why on earth would we want to buy him :?

I'd prefer we spend that sort of money of someone else or put it towards someone like Richards but I'm only a fan, not the man picking the players

Okay mate, I'll believe you and to be honest you are right. He's done you a favour.

I see all the papers are banging on about how the Spurts beat the TOON to Woodgate, all I can say is, goodluck to them as he'll be injured soon & be out for months, like he was at Real Madrid after he left us

No, not sour grapes, I personally didn't want him, thats why I said goodluck to them
