It was with a terrible low heart that I noted the result from the first semi final of the Scottish Cup this weekend. The lowly Glasgow Celtic were humbled by the star studded Ross County at a partially filled Hampden park.



Actually I pi**ed myself with laughter and wondered if it is the most embarassing result in modern times. The fact that mighty Ross county even had to travel all the way to Glasgow to prove their superiority over an unknown team has clearly led to the Scottish press asking 'Why were County made to prove themselves against also rans?' and 'Result leads to outbreak of hernias due to mass laughter'.
