7 oz self raising flour
1 oz cocoa
8 oz butter
14 oz sugar
12 oz plain chocolate
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate & butter, add sugar, eggs, vanilla. Fold in flour, cocoa & nuts. Bake in a 9 inch square tin at 350f for approx 40 minutes, until firm and tester comes out slightly sticky. Do not overcook!.
Sauce, bring raspberries to simmer with berry liquer, pass through sieve to remove seeds, add sifted icing sugar & lemon juice to taste. Nice served with vanilla ice cream as well. Enjoy!.

Alan where can I get vanilla extract from, I can only seem to find essence. I'm probably looking in completely the wrong place!
