Maybe depends a little bit where in Tala you are?
With my limited knowledge ... here goes
From the monastery downhill.....
Acropolis - Cypriot Taverna - dunno how they keep going, it always seems to be empty!
Just below the 'eggabout' is a new restaurant opening soon (in October) still wasn't open in January!
Down a bit more on he right Tala Takeaway - very Cypriot, with a few tables and chairs if you want to 'eat in'
Into the village square
Uphill a little, up a back street, Stamna - traditional Cypriot
Looking back downhill, from the left
Voukani - not certain, but I think it's British run doing European cuisine
The Square - more upmarket European cuisine
Mario's Bar - lunchtime snacks, evening drinks
Rosie's Tavern - a British Mario's, so I'm told
Down below the church
Karolas - Cypriot fayre, run by the Mukta/Mayor
Downhill a bit more
Melitzia - our personal favourite - Cypriot fayre
Out past the church, another way
Vrasidas - very Cypriot
Down the main road a bit
Casa Luna - Italian
Stephanie - Cypriot taverna
Phew, will that do????
