Do you like them ?
Just doing one of their recipes

4 chicken breasts
6 ozs Spicy sausage meat
2 Basil leaves torn into 4
2 sun dried tomatoes cut in half
1 tbsp olive oil
half a lemon juice
5oz Parma Ham or similar.

Heat oven to 180 degrees
Cut a pocket into chicken breast and stuff sausage meat into pocket with piece of basil and tomato
Drizzle a little Olive oil, lemon and salt and black pepper over.
Wrap in Parma ham then wrap in foil
Bake in oven for 30 mins
Rest for 5 mins before serving.

Serve with salad or rosties or like I'm doing right now roasted vegetables.( iT'S ALL IN THE OVEN NOW!)

Down our way they are called chicky pigs cos wrapped in bacon.If i remember jean also posted same recipe but variation of it by using cheese inside.
