Is this place recommended for a meze or would anyone suggest elsewhere ? We normally stick to the usual haunts but we need to try elsewhere.

Looked at the map on the website but could not get my bearings , where is it when walking from the triangle end ?

From the triangle you need to walk down Poseidonas Avenue to where the Adelaida Restaurant is (also very good, but not meze). Turn right at the Adelaida and walk straight up that road - it will bring you to Kato Paphos Post Office, and the Apomero is just past the post office on the other side of the road, just before the Rugby Arms.
