lemon cheesecake tarts with fresh fruit, made by me this morning! Will post recipe later if anyone wants it!

Ok recipe as follows!

4 tbsp fruit sauce
400g cream cheese
4 tbsp lemon curd
8 pastry cases

Mix curd with cheese until blended. Place fruit sauce in base of cases, add cheese then top with fruit. I used raspberries and blueberries and for sauce I made up a raspberry coulis. However use whatever you fancy and enjoy!
