Location: Sea Caves darlings!, Peyia actually!
large onion, chopped
garlic, chopped
1 lb carrots chopped
1 1/2-2 pints veg stock
1 tsp ground cumin
2 celery sticks chopped
small spud, chopped
2 tsp tomato puree
good squeeze lemon juice
couple bay leaves
1/2 pint milk

Fry onion & garlic, til soft. Add carrots and fry for 5 mins. Add stock, cumin, celery, spud, puree, juice & bay leaves. Simmer for 30 mins or so. Discard bay leaves, puree soup, add milk and warm through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
