Hi everyone, I have organised a Day of Health and Beauty at the UKCA club in Chlorakas on Saturday October 1st from 10am to 3pm in support of the Friends Hospice in Paphos. Previous events have been very popular and I am sure this will be too. Inside the club will be a choice of 12 health and beauty practitioners offering a 30 minute taster session of their skills for €10 each - all of which will be donated to the Friends Hospice. There will be a hairdresser who will give a restyling demonstration on the stage at 11am and be available for a blow dry or a trim, a make up professional to show you how to achieve a flawless look, a podiatrist to offer advice and guidance on all those foot problems, massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, manicures, Access Bars and EFT practitioners. Phoenix Ambulance will also be present to offer blood pressure and heart checks as well as glucose and cholesterol tests - all of these for only €10 each. Outside the club will be a variety of stalls to browse while you wait for your treatments and the bar and restaurant of the UKCA club will be open for refreshments. So come on down, have some pampering and maybe try some new experiences, some refreshments and most of all - help the Friends Hospice who are always there to help us. There is still time to book a stall if you hurry and want to sell your wares a nd help raise money. The stall fee is €10 as well and that money will also go to the Friends Hospice.
